Its warm atmosphere, its high ceilings and its decoration from an antique dealer’s lair, Osteria Romana, (Avenue Legrand, between Bois de la Cambre and Avenue Louise) is the place to try if you like raw, fragrant, authentic transalpine cuisine.

We recommend his carbonara pasta! A delight!

We go there to stroll, work and eat vegan toast (which even the most ferocious carnivores like, we tested!), vegetable plates and squeezed juices.

THE FUSION RESTAURANT:

SANZARU

Between Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, there is no need to choose… Sanzaru marries the two.

This restaurant nestled in a beautiful 1930s house: fresh and spicy dishes such as tostaditas, raw fish ceviches and tempuras revisited in a Latin style. A favourite for the Wazabistyle cocktail, a gin with wasabi flavours and Nikkei, a well smelled sake with sesame scents…

THE BBQ RESTAURANT IN A TEXAS STYLE:

HOLY SMOKE

At Holy Smoke, we rediscover the forgotten tastes of good meat enhanced by rustic and sophisticated cooking and good bourbons made in the USA.

The giant smoking room on its embers offers you a choice casting with the Black Angus smoked for 20 hours for example… but also other products like Les spare ribs served with cornbread, coleslaw, pickles and homemade sauces.
